The landmark banking legislation loosening banking regulations, which was a compromise bill between The U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate was passed this evening on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018 by the House of Representatives and sent to President Trump’s desk for signature.

Be checking with your realtors and with your bankers to see how this new law affects real estate investors across the U.S. because make no mistake about it, in some way, shape or form this bill WILL affect real estate investors, I’ll guarantee it. Senator Elizabeth Warren might not be happy about it, but real estate investors across the country should at the very least be very curious and intrigued. If it affects you in a very positive way then you should be excited……………
